Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement website solutions that align with overall company objectives, focusing on both front-end and back-end development.
Set performance goals for websites, ensuring user engagement, responsiveness, and scalability, while continuously tracking and optimizing key performance metrics.
Identify and pursue opportunities to improve website functionality and enhance user experiences across both front-end and back-end aspects.
Manage and review project timelines and budgets to ensure efficient use of resources throughout website development.
Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to maintain high-quality standards across the website’s codebase.
Create training programs and resources for the development team to enhance skills in front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as back-end technologies such as PHP, Node.js, or databases like MySQL.
Drive technical growth by developing scalable, high-performance websites and robust back-end components.
Implement and manage development tools, libraries, and frameworks to streamline both front-end and back-end workflows.
Monitor and assess website performance analytics to refine code, optimize features, and ensure maximum efficiency.
Plan, manage, and evaluate website development projects through regular reporting, collaboration with internal teams, and user feedback.
Stay updated on web development trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure continuous improvement and maintain a competitive edge.

Skills Required

A minimum of 2+ years of experience, ideally in web development with a focus on both front-end and back-end technologies.
Proven track record of success in developing responsive, scalable websites with measurable improvements in performance and user experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to optimizing website functionality and debugging front-end and back-end code.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
In-depth knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and back-end technologies like PHP, Node.js, or Python.
Hands-on experience with development tools, libraries, and frameworks (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Laravel).
Familiarity with RESTful APIs, asynchronous request handling, and web UI/UX design principles.
Strategic thinker with strong leadership and project management skills.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation abilities.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with team members, stakeholders, and external partners at all levels of the organization.
