Codistix is seeking an HR Manager to oversee the recruitment process, design company policies, and establish objectives for the HR team. In this role, you will also contribute to shaping our employer branding strategy. To succeed, you should be well-versed in HR technology, including payroll systems and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Ultimately, your role will be to ensure the company attracts, hires, develops, and retains top talent.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business objectives.
- Set goals for the HR team and regularly track progress toward achieving them.
- Design and enforce company policies that foster a positive and healthy work environment.
- Review and manage departmental budgets to ensure efficiency.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.
- Create learning and development programs that provide internal growth opportunities for employees.
- Support business growth by driving employee engagement, motivation, and retention.
- Develop and monitor HR strategies, systems, and procedures across the organization.
- Oversee the performance appraisal system to promote and sustain high performance.
- Plan, monitor, and evaluate HR activities by facilitating management meetings, training managers, and counseling employees.
- Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, regulatory updates, and new HR technologies to ensure compliance and continuous improvement in talent management.
Skills Required
- A minimum of 6+ years of experience, specifically in a software house environment.
- Proven track record as an HR Manager with demonstrated success in the role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, IT, or a related field.
- Strong people-oriented approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate responsibilities effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of HR policies, systems, and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with HR metrics and analytics.
- Familiarity with HR technologies and systems.
- Strategic thinker with strong leadership abilities.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Capability to foster and manage strong interpersonal relationships across all levels of the company.
