Codistix is seeking a Full Stack Developer to lead the development of cutting-edge web applications, establish best practices for both front-end and back-end development, and set clear goals for delivering intuitive, user-friendly, and scalable solutions. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in enhancing our web presence and building high-performance applications across multiple platforms. To succeed, you should have a strong understanding of full stack development frameworks, such as React, Node.js, and experience with databases like MongoDB or SQL. Ultimately, your role will be to drive the creation of responsive and efficient web applications, improve user experience, and strengthen our technical capabilities across the entire development stack.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement full-stack solutions and applications that align with overall company goals.
Set performance goals for web applications, ensuring user engagement, responsiveness, and scalability, while continuously tracking and optimizing key metrics.
Identify and pursue opportunities to improve application functionality and enhance user experiences across both front-end and back-end platforms.
Manage and review project timelines and budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation during development.
Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to maintain high-quality standards across the full stack.
Create training programs and resources for the development team to enhance skills in front-end and back-end frameworks such as React, Node.js, and databases like MongoDB or SQL.
Drive technical growth by developing scalable, high-performance web applications and robust back-end components.
Implement and manage development tools, libraries, and frameworks to streamline both front-end and back-end processes.
Monitor and assess application performance analytics to refine code, optimize applications, and ensure maximum efficiency.
Plan, manage, and evaluate full-stack development projects through regular reporting, collaboration with internal teams, and user feedback.
Stay updated on full-stack development trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure continuous improvement and maintain a competitive edge.

Skills Required

A minimum of 2+ years of experience, ideally in full stack development with a focus on both front-end and back-end technologies.
Proven track record of success in developing responsive, scalable web applications with measurable improvements in performance and user experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to optimizing applications and debugging both front-end and back-end code.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
In-depth knowledge of front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js, and back-end technologies like Node.js, Django, or Ruby on Rails.
Hands-on experience with full stack development tools, libraries, and frameworks (e.g., Express, MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
Familiarity with RESTful APIs, asynchronous request handling, and web UI/UX design principles.
Strategic thinker with strong leadership and project management skills.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation abilities.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with team members, stakeholders, and external partners at all levels of the organization.
