Codistix is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive our growth strategy, develop best practices for client acquisition, and set clear objectives for expanding our market presence. In this role, you’ll play a key part in enhancing our business relationships and identifying new opportunities. To succeed, you should have strong knowledge of sales strategies, market research, and relationship management. Ultimately, your role will be to ensure the company achieves revenue growth, expands its client base, and strengthens its industry presence

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business development strategies and initiatives that align with overall company goals.
  • Set objectives for client acquisition and continuously track performance metrics.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base and increase revenue.
  • Manage and review business development budgets to ensure cost-effective resource utilization.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential leads and strategic partnerships.
  • Develop training programs for the business development team to enhance skills and foster growth.
  • Drive business growth by building relationships, negotiating contracts, and closing high-value deals.
  • Implement and manage sales tools, strategies, and processes to streamline client acquisition efforts.
  • Monitor and assess performance analytics to optimize strategies and maximize ROI.
  • Plan, manage, and evaluate business development efforts through regular reporting, collaboration with internal teams, and market analysis.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and emerging markets to ensure continuous improvement and competitive advantage.

Skills Required

  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience, ideally within a business development or sales-focused environment.
  • Proven track record of success in business development with measurable results in client acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to identifying and pursuing business opportunities.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and delegate responsibilities effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of business development best practices, market trends, and competitor analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems, sales metrics, and performance analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with lead generation techniques, partnership development, and sales strategy.
  • Strategic thinker with strong leadership and project management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
